Co-Founder and Principal
Brandon Fosbinder is a Co-Founder & Principal of Novo Advisors and has nearly 20 years of extensive experience providing advisory services to companies, lenders and creditors facing a multitude of unique business challenges. Mr. Fosbinder’s experience includes bankruptcy advisory, operational restructuring, financial modeling and projections, due diligence, fresh start accounting and performance improvement. Mr. Fosbinder has advised clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, trucking, services, technology, software, automotive and telecommunications.
Mr. Fosbinder has extensive experience performing due diligence procedures, serving corporate and private equity clients in buy-side and sell-side transactions. Mr. Fosbinder has led initial public offerings, following on offerings and PIPE transactions for clients in the United States and Europe.
Mr. Fosbinder was most recently a managing director in FTI’s Corporate Finance practice and is based in Denver. Prior to joining FTI, Mr. Fosbinder held various positions with Ernst & Young in the Assurance and Transaction Advisory practices in Denver, New York and Berlin, Germany.
Mr. Fosbinder holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. He is a certified public accountant (active) in Colorado.
